The rapidly changing COVID-19 pandemic around the globe has been challenging for humanity, this is an unprecedented time for all of us. This has affected many on a personal and professional level, a time that for many, is filled with uncertainty and change.

At the moment we are operational, and we look forward to taking care of all exterior washing, window cleaning or any other power washing that you were looking forward to getting completed for spring. The whole process from quoting, completing the work, and payment can all be done 100% contact-free from the comfort of your home or business. We are continually monitoring updates and current mandates from government and public health authorities which include Alberta Health Services and Health Canada. Precision will remain proactive with all safety measures and we remain deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.

Exterior washing and window cleaning that we complete is done outside without any face to face client interaction. Pictures and videos will be sent to each client after completion of work.

CLIENTS WHO HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A SERVICE

• If you wish to keep your booking our automated system will email you a couple of days prior to your scheduled date and we will arrive and follow all strict safety protocols to take care of the washing and cleaning for you. If anything changes, we will be sure to keep our lines of communication open and contact you. If you feel unwell, please do contact us and we will assist you with rescheduling.

• If you wish to reschedule an upcoming appointment with us, we are ready and willing to help you with that. Please call or email us at your convenience.

CLIENTS WHO WISH TO BOOK A SERVICE WITH US

• Please feel free to contact us if you would like to schedule a service, if you would like to have the same service(s) completed like you did last year we are able to email you a quote for you to review. We can complete estimates and communicate through phone and/or email, all contact-free!

We want to assure you that we have always taken our health and safety of our clients and employees seriously and is our top priority. In response to our current situation, we have implemented a strict business continuity and safety protocol plan that all employees will follow.

If at any point anyone of our employees or owner become infected, we will notify Alberta Health Services and take immediate action and will notify all our clients that we have visited within the last 14 days. Please do notify us immediately if yourself or anyone in your immediate household has been in contact with someone that has been exposed to COVID-19.

As a business, we are committed to continually servicing your business cleaning needs while maintaining strict health and safety guidelines to ensure we are all protected during this challenging time.

If conditions change considerably and there is a risk to our clients or employee’s safety, we will NOT hesitate to temporarily suspend our operations and have our clients reschedule their appointments.

Continuity Plan & Safety Protocols

COVID-19 CONTINUITY PLAN AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

Precision Power Washing Ltd. is committed to the health and safety of our clients and employees during this uncertain and difficult time. We are taking extensive precautions to limit exposure in our daily lives and on the job in addition to following strict safety procedures. Outlined below is our continuity plan and safety protocols. On-Site Protocols

• Sanitize ALL hand tools between jobs by submerging in a Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) solution.

• No hand shaking policy. Follow social distancing guidelines. One staff member per vehicle policy in effect.

• Apply hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes between each job including vehicle. Disposable gloves will always be worn and disposed accordingly after each site.

• Refrain from touching face, eyes, and mouth.

• Conduct a symptoms check before and after each work day. Logs will be kept so we have records of each employee.

Off-Site Protocols For Owner & Employees

• Follow Alberta Health Services/Health Canada guidelines for social distancing.

• Refrain from touching face, eyes, and mouth.

• Maintain good hygiene. Frequently wash hands.

• Report early symptoms to health care professional and/or health care authority and follow their directions. Self quarantine protocol will apply.

• Any employee displaying symptoms will be required to stay home with sick pay.
