Soft Washing House Exterior

We use a process known as “Soft Washing” for all residential properties where delicate surfaces such as vinyl siding, stucco, brick, painted trim and synthetic board cannot handle high pressure washing. High pressure will cause irreversible damage that can end up costing you a lot of money to replace. Soft Washing is a combination of utilizing low pressure and environmentally friendly and bio-degradable detergents that will not harm your family, pets or plants. Your home’s curb appeal will increase, while you maximize the surface longevity of your exterior.

Window Cleaning

Windows allow natural light to enter your home and also allows you to see outside the world from the comfort of your own home. Just like the exterior of your home, your windows get dirty from dust, rain, dirt and other contaminants. Calgary has some of the hardest water in the country, the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is between 195-300 PPM (Parts Per Million). Hard water is caused by calcium and magnesium in the ground and surface water. Using your garden hose to spray down your windows does not effectively or properly clean them. This only leaves unsightly marks and residue on your windows. We use a state-of-the-art water fed pole system along with our filtration system where we are able to produce Pure Water with a TDS of 0 PPM which means that the water is free of all dissolved solids. What this does is it will give you a spot and residue free clean once we are finished. We are able to wash homes 2-4 storeys from the ground without a ladder with this system. All tracks and screens are cleaned and included in our window cleaning packages.

Concrete Driveway And Walkway

Concrete is hard and strong yet delicate. It is easy to see why your driveway or walkway can quickly become dirty and stained. It is probably one of the heaviest traffic areas of your home because concrete is porous so any oil stain or harmful contaminants will make its way deep inside your concrete creating an unsightly mess. The longer you wait to have these stains professionally removed the more difficult it will be to remove the stains completely. With the sun’s harmful UV rays, it doesn’t take long for those stains to be permanent. We are equipped with a 24” concrete surface cleaner, hot water, and we only use 100% environmentally friendly and bio-degradable detergents to tackle these stains. Whether it is an oil stain, dirt, mud or any other harmful contaminants we are able to help you make your concrete driveway and walkway look great again

Rust Stain Removal

Let’s face it. Rust that is anywhere on your property such as on your driveway, patio or any other surface is a huge eyesore and it is something that you cannot ignore. Rust is an iron oxide, usually red or orange in colour and occurs when there is a reaction of iron and oxygen in the presence of water or air moisture. Rust stains can come from a variety of sources such as fertilizer allowed to remain on concrete, leaking air conditioners, rainwater running over metal objects attached to buildings and many other factors. We have had several clients frustrated because they have scrubbed and pressure washed with zero results, and the rust is still there while they end up doing more harm than good. To truly remove rust stains, you need someone who is trained and cleaners that are specifically designed to get the job done correctly. You will be amazed at the results!!
